Has poor Celebrity Mom Britney Spears once again gotten some poor fashion advice?

It's reported that on a trip to New York Britney sported a jet black gothic or punk look.

In a previous post I recommended that she could use a bit of a wardrobe update and put all those lovely features to good use. Apparently she felt it was time for a change as well, but whether it's a change for the better is up for discussion!

I wonder is she being stubborn for all the wrong reasons? Maybe she resents the public feeling they can tell her how to dress, look and act?

My first reaction was that along with a fool proof high chair, a user friendly car seat that Britney needs to realize the benefits of a really good bra!

I just came across a listing for "The Top 5 Strollers". I was wondering who gets to vote? I can't really disagree with most of their picks, but still wondered how I missed getting a say in this particular opinion poll!

The Top 5 Baby Strollers (on this particular site anyway) are as follows!

1. The Bugaboo Chameleon/Cameleon

2. Twin Techno Stroller

3. Maclaren Volo Ultralight Stroller

4. e3 Single Buggy

5. Rock Star Baby Infinity Stroller & Pram

I believe that most of the above choices were heavily influenced by a stroller's use by celebrity moms or having been designed by celebrities like Jon BonJovi and Tico Tores!

I haven't heard any more about this particular diaper tote since I read the article which is unusual for any celebrity diaper bag sighting.

This year I've been amazed at all the new dad gear that's been designed for the purpose of dads being able to take care of baby and still maintain their cool and manly image.

I just came across a handy little item by Kalencom that no daddy diaper bag should be without: The On the Go Potty! If it works, that is.

As baby bedding sets move further away from cutesy pink bunny and baby blue teddy bear nursery themes I'm amazed at the number of queries I get asking me what I consider to be the best paint colors for a baby boy's nursery.

There is no pat answer. Rather than being able to answer this question, I feel the need to ASK questions!

Let's say this baby boy's daddy is a hunter and would like to decorate the nursery with a camouflage hunting theme. Which color would we pull from the fabric print to decorate the nursery walls?

A medium olive drab green would be nice for an accent wall. However, I would only be this daring if there is enough light in the room to support a deeper shade.

If there is a risk of the room being made to appear anything other than cheerful or inviting, go with a lighter paint color found in your chosen inspiration fabric.

What color is your baby's nursery furniture? If the nursery furnishings are stained in a dark finish, I think a lighter color nursery wall would highlight your furniture and accessories rather than allowing them to "sink" back into the wall.

After all, the nursery wall is just a backdrop for the overall nursery decor. Bright cheery colors are fine, but an "in your face" nursery paint color may be one that won't stand the test of time.
