Peaceful Heart Chakra Butterfly Sanctuary Baby Nursery

Our butterfly nursery ideas were the result of our desire to create a peaceful, cozy nook where our baby girl could grow up surrounded with love. Her mother and I LOVE the baby nursery colors of green and pink accented with crisp, modern white.

To begin, we gathered and stapled lightweight organza fabric to the ceiling to create a marshmallow fluff ceiling that will be directly in her line of vision when she is lying in her crib.

Then we decorated the soft pink nursery walls with 3D butterflies that made beautiful, airy wall decorations and decorated the baby's bed with a Tiny Love mobile.

Of all the peaceful butterfly nursery decorating ideas that we used, I believe that we love the Zid Zid Kids poofs and the modern rocker glider the best. These items reflect our taste for the clean look of mid century modern baby nursery decor.

We enjoyed every minute of gathering and arranging our baby girl's butterfly nursery decorations; it's been such a blast!
