Floral Pregnancy Belly Painting

Floral Pregnancy Belly Painting

Hello, my name is Zhenya and I'm stopping in to share my floral belly painting from Kiev, Ukraine. I hope that everyone appreciates the sentiment behind my artwork. I'm a very pregnant architect (obviously at the time that this belly picture was taken) as well as an artist with a love for painting and interior decorating and design.

Here's hoping pictures of this project will inspire our baby girl to be artistic.

How can I decorate my home without decorating my pregnant belly, right? The flowers represent how I feel about the state of pregnancy; it's a beautiful natural state to be celebrated with bouquets of beautiful flowers and rejoicing.

My advice to anyone considering a similar belly painting is to choose your paints wisely. Use only the most safe and "green" art supplies so as not to expose your unborn baby as well as yourself to unnecessary toxic chemicals. I would definitely NOT use traditional artists' oil paints as many contain dangerous compounds. You will also have need of paints that will not flake and crack on your skin. There are complete belly painting kits for sale online favorite-d by Unique Baby Gear Ideas that presumably provide everything you need to create your very own one of a kind pregnant belly painting.
