Where do we go to buy Storkcraft Portofino Crib n Changer 4 n 1 replacement parts and get a copy of the assembly instructions manual?

I am restoring the Storkcraft Portofino Model # 04586-479-MN to use in my three-month-old baby's nursery. Things were off to an excellent start till the problem with missing parts and a lack of direction surfaced.

Here are the specifications for the crib that needs assistance:

It is a Portofino Crib n Changer 4 n 1 Model # 04586-479-MN PO#023612 in Espresso with a manufacture date of JUNE 2016.

1. Mattress support board
2. All metals screws, bolts, and hardware

The Storkcraft crib owner's manual is missing in addition to the abovementioned parts and it would be lovely to have a copy of that as well in order to be able to reference the parts diagram and assembly instructions.

I contacted Storkcraft directly to request replacement parts for a Storkcraft Portofino Crib n Changer 4 n 1 Model Model number 04586-479-MN and the agent told me that the crib had been
discontinued.

When asked why the crib is still offered for sale on various websites she said that parts from their newer model will not be compatible with this crib that is just 4 years old!

She said the ones that are for sale online are the newer models and Model number 04586-479 (MN) MN is the factory where the crib was made. She said they no longer use that factory and therefore, the hardware from the newer versions will not be compatible with the ones from just a few years ago.

I then asked advice on where to buy the replacement parts and hardware that I need and she said to check Amazone, Home Depot, or Lowes.

This is very disappointing service for a relatively new baby crib!
