Storkcraft Dunes Crib Replacement Parts

Where can I buy discontinued Storkcraft Dunes crib replacement parts? The legs C1 and C2 for the Storkcraft Dunes crib that attach to the back piece of our baby's crib have been misplaced and I need to find and order replacements for them.

Please refer to the parts diagram from the assembly instructions manual that I have posted above this want ad.

I contacted Storkcraft's customer service department listed on their website and was told that they no longer supply the parts to this crib for sale.
