Sears Jenny Lind Crib Replacement Parts

I have a Sears Jenny Lind crib from around 1980 or 1981 that is missing one of the metal hooks used in the mattress support system.



The part I am trying to identify is the hook that connects the mattress support to the crib frame.



We still have one of the original hooks, but need to identify the correct match for it.
