Ragazzi Classico Convertible Crib Parts

Does anyone know where to go to request or find Ragazzi Classico Convertible crib parts? I am looking for both the left and right end caps for a Ragazzi Classico Convertible crib in Caramello.

I bought the Ragazzi convertible baby crib in 2009 and didn't realize the parts that I would need were missing until I tried to convert it to a toddler bed a couple of weeks ago.

The customer service department of the company who now owns Ragazzi told me that they don't have any of the end caps in stock and that they won't be manufacturing any more. Nor are there any compatible end caps for Ragazzi baby cribs that they could send me.
