I need the shorter end rail sections for this for pottery barn/west elm Knox convertible crib

I am looking for one of the end rail sections for the a Pottery Barn, West Elm Knox convertible crib.

The Knox convertible baby crib was sold by both Pottery Barn and West Elm.

You are probably already aware that Pottery Barn does not sell the Knox Convertible Crib any longer.

Call their customer service department at:

1 800-993-4923 OR 1-800-430-7373 if you are in the USA.

You can also email them at: customerservice@potterybarnkids "dot" com

Another option would be to call or visit a Pottery Barn store and ask them to order the parts that you need.
