I need the shorter end rail sections for this for pottery barn/west elm Knox convertible crib

I am looking for one of the end rail sections for the a Pottery Barn, West Elm Knox convertible crib.

The Knox convertible baby crib was sold by both Pottery Barn and West Elm.

When we moved we lost the rail section and need to replace it so the bed is usable again.
