Parts Diagram for a Caden Convertible Crib by Rockland

I need the supply and parts diagram for a Caden Convertible Crib by Rockland that was included in the assembly instructions which I also need.

The model 343-8281-0018 Caden Convertible Crib was purchased at the JCPenney store.

We were given a crib and receive the wrong hardware kit.

  • the hex screws with the barrels
  • the metal piece that attaches to the wooden frame that then supports the wire spring mattress frame
  • a few metal replacement springs for the frame.

Some parents with cribs sold by JCPenney have posted that they had some success in getting instruction manuals and replacement parts by calling JCPenney's customer service department.

The number is 1 (800) 322-1189.

They should be able to provide the manufacturer for Rockland and they may provide an address where you can download the information you need as well as let you know if your crib is included in any recalls.
