I had to order parts for the Graco crib Model 1818554 convertible crib years ago and was surprised to find out after a lot of calling around that Graco was not who I needed to contact; I needed to contact Lajobi Industries customer service.

Problem is that somewhere around 2014 or so, Lajobi Industries stopped manufacturing cribs leaving many owners of Bonavita, Babi Italia and some Graco cribs out of luck when in need of replacement parts or assembly instructions manuals.

IMHO, that's a big problem when buying anything made in China. For future reference, I understand that Davinci cribs are made in the USA! They may cost a dollar or two more on the front end but customer service and the ability to order replacement hardware more than makes up for the initial cost.
