An Elegant Pink and White Princess Nursery Design for Our Baby Girl

Nothing but an elegant pink and white princess nursery design for our baby girl fit with my vision of the room that I had been dreaming of since I was little more than a baby myself. The color scheme of pink and white with just enough charcoal gray can grow with our little one from the crib through the toddler years. The decor is simple, yet elegant and yes, just right for our precious princess.

After browsing the crib sets with floral patterns and butterfly prints in Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby that weren't exactly what we had in mind; I found a damask baby bedding set online that was absolutely perfect. We based our paint selection on the colors of the fabric used in the crib set. We knew from the start that the white and pink nursery color combination would need a third color to balance the scheme and after a little experimentation; we chose gray as the neutral.

There are both small and large gray nursery accent pieces from the initial "A" on the wall behind the crib to the comfortable gray nursery glider where I plan to spend hours and hours reading storybooks to my baby princess.
