Bright Future Convertible Sleigh Crib Parts

I need to know how to order Bright Future Convertible Sleigh Parts! The model/product number is the JCPenney Bright Futures crib
343-8200 PTD. It is the one with the blonde wood color.

I need the plastic slider pieces for the front glider drop rail that pushes in at the bottom to release. I really need these parts as soon as possible so that I can fix the crib!

If anyone has any suggestions for a resource that carries Bright Future crib replacement parts can you please help me by sending the information using the space below (and PLEASE include your contact information in case I need to get in touch with you!).

I know this is a late comment, but thought I would comment for anyone else who is searching.

I have a Bright Future crib style Melanie 343-7134 that I recently ordered replacement parts for because it was a family crib that had been disassembled and several pieces went missing.

I ordered them from a crib hardware supplier online. If you order, you should check to make sure the pieces match the ones that are currently on your crib, if not, click Crib Hardware and go from there.

I think it cost me $40 for the whole kit (I decided to replace all of the parts on the dropside instead of ordering just those pieces I was missing).

There have been two toll-free phone numbers posted in different forums on the web that you might try.

I'm not sure if either one works since I've not had the need to order any replacement parts from them. Hopefully, one or the other of the following contact numbers will get results:

1-800-827-2129 m-f 8-5 pst

and the other is the JCPenney customer service department 1-800-709-5777.

You can ask them for assistance in contacting Bright Futures. Hope this helps!
