You don't say how old the crib is or where you bought it and that information would be helpful.

I believe that Walmart sells Baby Mod and their customer service department might be the best place to start.

They may have a contact number for Baby Mod or if they still have the crib in stock, I have read of instances where they would open the box and give the person the parts they needed right on the spot.
