West Elm 4 in 1 Crib Replacement Hardware Kit

I am looking for a replacement hardware kit for a West Elm 4 in 1 crib. I need the correct hardware to put the crib together and would like to find the original replacement parts or a kit made specifically for this crib.

Does anyone know where I can order a West Elm 4 in 1 crib replacement hardware kit, or how to find the correct bolts, screws and other assembly hardware for this model?

I am in Rockland County, New York USA. If you have ordered replacement crib hardware from West Elm before, or know a reliable source for the correct parts, I would appreciate the information.

Hi Mitch, the first thing I would look for is the model number and production date on the West Elm crib label. Replacement crib hardware is usually model-specific, so I would not buy a kit based only on the fact that the crib is a West Elm 4 in 1.


Check the measurements, thread type and listed crib compatibility carefully before ordering anything.

If you still have even one of the original bolts or pieces of hardware, keep it for comparison. A photo of the crib label showing the exact model number would also make it much easier to narrow down the correct hardware kit.


Important: Crib bolts, brackets and other structural hardware are not necessarily interchangeable. Verify replacement parts against the exact crib model and original manufacturer documentation before using the crib.


Try West Elm or Pottery Barn Kids first: The West Elm Mid-Century 4 in 1 Convertible Crib is part of the West Elm and Pottery Barn Kids nursery collection. West Elm currently lists its U.S. Customer Service number as 1-888-922-4119. You can also visit the West Elm assembly instructions and product manuals page.


Pottery Barn Kids also carries the West Elm x PBK Mid-Century 4 in 1 crib and conversion kits. Their product information number is 1-800-993-4923. This is worth trying if West Elm cannot locate the replacement hardware.


The original West Elm and Pottery Barn Kids crib instructions warn owners not to substitute crib parts and recommend contacting Pottery Barn Kids when replacement parts or additional instructions are needed. Have the crib's model number, manufacture date and any numbers from the label handy when you call.
