1996 Stork Craft Crib Hardware

I want to find a place to buy 1996 Stork Craft crib hardware replacements. I was given a Stork Craft model #05582-534 baby crib in excellent condition considering how old it is but the (kick style)stabilizer bar or the crib rods included in the package of parts and I can't proceed with assembly without them.

All the hardware on the parts list are present and accounted for except these two pieces.

The side of the baby bed will not drop down without them.

Can anyone send me instructions as to how and where to purchase the stabilizer bar and rods?
