Williamsburg Baby Cradle Parts

I am looking for replacement Williamsburg baby cradle parts for our vintage 1978 Williamsburg cradle. This rocking cradle was purchased in 1978 and we would like to use it for our baby that will be arriving soon but we will need some replacement parts and hardware.

Is anyone aware of a resource that might have the vintage Williamsburg baby cradle parts that we need.

williamsburg cradle--circa 1983
by: Teri

OMG--I guess I'm not the only soon to be Grandma who is having the same issues--I went to order the full set of new hardware only to realize that the hooks that the cradle hang on are bolts. My cradle has hooks that look like coat hooks and screw onto the post with 2 little screws. If the other poster would let us know if the bolts that were purchased fit well, that would be great and I thank you in advance. Our little one is coming in May and I want to redo the cradle as soon as possible.

Head and foot piece
by: Lorraine

I am missing the head and foot pieces of my white cradle. I want to use it for my new grandchild coming in June, but somewhere in the past 20 years, those pieces disappeared. Can you help me as to where I may be able to purchase/find them.
Thank you.
Distressed Grandma.

Williamsburg Baby Cradle Parts

I have this cradle and ordered parts from Products America. I needed the stop pins for my soon to be new baby grandson. I also had to replace the bed board as it was warped from being stored in a hot attic.

I got someone at Home Depot to cut a piece of particle board to replace the part that was warped at a cost of around $5.00 and the set of 2 stop pins that I need are priced at $3.49.

I just ordered the stop pins today so I can't say whether or not they will fit properly but they say that they will be mailing them Priority Mail so I should know if they will do the trick or not very quickly.

If they don't fit, I may have jumped ahead of myself in going ahead and having a new board cut but the worst thing that could happen is that I'm out the $5 and back at square 1.
