We're setting up our nursery and have a Pottery Barn wooden crib that's in great condition, but we're missing a few pieces of hardware from one of our moves. I've been searching online, but I'm finding a lot of conflicting information.
See and compare parts in inventory
Where can I order Pottery Barn crib parts? Does Pottery Barn still sell replacement parts for older crib models, or do you have to contact customer service directly?
I'm also seeing searches for Pottery Barn replacement parts crib and Pottery Barn crib hardware replacement parts. Are those the same thing, or are hardware kits sold separately from other replacement components?
If the exact parts aren't available anymore, is it safe to use aftermarket replacement hardware, or should I only use original manufacturer parts that are made specifically for my crib model?
I've found a few websites claiming to have Pottery Barn crib parts for sale, but I'm hesitant to order because I don't know which sellers are legitimate or whether the hardware will actually fit correctly.
Has anyone successfully ordered replacement parts online for a Pottery Barn crib? I'd appreciate recommendations on the safest place to order crib parts and whether it's better to repair the crib or simply replace it if the original hardware is no longer available.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'd rather spend a little more and know the crib is assembled correctly than risk using parts that aren't designed for it.
