I have read that others have taken theirs back to Walmart for a full refund of the original retail price and that they were not even asked to provide a receipt. Go to the following websites and print the pages out and take them with you to the store! http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml07/07307.html http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml08/08401.html Take your refund money and buy another crib..a SAFE one and don't take the risk of becoming a statistic. Please post your experience here to help another parent if you take this route.
