Does anyone have this model number or would you be willing to send pictures of the hardware and how the mattress attaches to the frame. We aren't sure exactly what parts we need yet. Rating Simmons Crib #1213-91-274 by: kem You will need two (2) people to put your Simmons Crib together. FIRST, you put the back tracks first, either side, screw in the bottom of both side then slide the rail down, then screw the top. repeat step for the front. The metal spring frame, again first the back side, then the front, the corners of the frame push in and you're done. Good luck!
