Pottery Barn Kids Kendall Crib

I believe that the Pottery Barn Kids Kendall crib is still being sold.

If the rest of the crib is salvageable, hurry and get your order in before they discontinue it!

I needed so much more for my crib, that I would have been ecstatic if the teething guard was all that went wrong.

Mine started to come to pieces after it had been used only for a few months.

In my opinion, the wood was such low quality that it allowed the hardware to work loose so we were unable to repair the crib.

We paid $599 only to be told that if the bed was bought over a year ago and I didn't have all the paperwork there was nothing they would do.

The Pottery Barn Kids customer service number I called was 1-800-430-7373 but I didn't get any help!

Pottery Barn Kids Online Customer Support
by: Anonymous

When I was looking for a part for my crib, I called Pottery Barn Kids online customer support and they were not very helpful.

After not getting any results, I made a phone call to a local store and they took the time to order the parts that I needed and charged me less than $10.

I'm not sure if I was just lucky to get an employee with initiative, but my experience proves that it's worth a try.

Pottery Barn Kids Kendall Crib Parts

Since your Kendall baby crib was manufactured later than 2007, to get Pottery Barn Kids Kendall Crib Parts you should contact Pottery Barn directly to see if they have a replacement teething rail.

I have read that their cribs before 2007 were actually Delta Enterprise products.
