PInk and Brown Nursery Walls

Chocolate Brown and Pink Baby Girl Nursery Walls Painting Technique Pictures
I have been collecting pictures of pink and brown nursery walls in a folder throughout my pregnancy to organize my favorite ideas. There is a list of my favorite paint colors as well as some creative painting techniques that would make our small box of a nursery into something more than a plain room with no personality.
The lack of space is just one of the issues that I am struggling with regarding the baby's room; I am a procrastinator.
I finally made a decision and started using the painter's tape and brushes that I bought in the first month of my pregnancy.

Our little girls pink and brown baby bedding set is made from a combination of several fabrics including pink and brown pink and brown damask on the crib bumper and the crib skirt is made from a solid, chocolate brown fabric with a damask border.
I don't know whether I should paint the walls solid brown, solid pink or whether a painting technique like the one in the picture would be alright and not make our baby girl's tiny nursery seem too chaotic. I'm afraid that with even with the most basic essentials in the room that if I'm not careful with the decorations that there will just be too much going on.
The wall decorations will be limited to the baby's monogram over her baby bed and one framed picture with no large arrangements of artwork or decorative items.
I would like your opinion on whether less is more in a 12X15 size nursery or should I leave the more elaborate nursery designs to people who have large rooms?
From the webmaster:I'm so happy that you gave the exact size of your nursery because contrary to what you may believe, that's an average size room rather than the small nursery that I was imagining from your description. It is certainly big enough to carry the two tone pink and brown nursery walls that you are considering in the picture.
I think that the bedding set that you chose is positively delightful and that your baby girl's nursery is going to be lovely. Please visit
