The colors of Makenzey's bubblegum pink ladybug baby nursery are primarily bubblegum pink and green from the wall to the crib set.
We painted the upper two thirds of the nursery wall in pink and the lower third in a light mint or spring green color.

We hung a ladybug wallpaper border where the two paint colors meet to take the place of a wooden chair rail. The wallpaper goes all the way around the room and I think it makes the space seem bigger.

After the nursery walls were painted and decorated to our satisfaction, we began to choose suitable decorations and art. We chose to display her name spelled out in white, wooden wall letters that we hung above her crib. They look so pretty on the freshly painted pink nursery walls.
We hung the letters using the ribbon that came with them. The total cost of this part of project nursery was around $120.00.
