Left Hand Latch for a Drop Side Crib

by Denise

I am searching for the left hand latch for a drop side crib which recently snapped off. The baby bed is 24 years old but is otherwise in exellent condition and we are using it for our grandchildren.

We have searched all over including online for the small plastic part but haven't found what we are looking for. I believe that the answer may need to purchase the complete set of hardware that includes both the runner and the latch that fits on each side to allow the side of the crib to drop down but we don't know where we to order them from.

I am very reluctant to dispose of this perfectly good bed for the lack of a small plastic fitting. Can anyone give me an address or phone number to inform me where I can purchase this piece?

If anyone has any suggestions for a resource that may have the Left Hand Latch for a Drop Side Crib that I'm looking for please contact me using the space below (and PLEASE include your contact information in case I need to get in touch with you!).
