Gerry Crib Model 9021 Hardware Replacements
by: Anonymous

It's going to be difficult to track down parts for this crib because it's older and because the brand is no longer around.

All that said, here are the best steps to take to find replacement parts for a Gerry crib, Model #9021.

1️⃣ Start by checking the crib’s label

Take a close look on the inside of the crib frame, the mattress support, or underneath the crib for a sticker or stamp. Write down:

Model number (9021)

Manufacture date

Any other numbers or codes you see

That information is really important when asking for help.

2️⃣ Reach out to Evenflo for guidance

Gerry cribs were manufactured by Evenflo, and even though Gerry is no longer in business, Evenflo has historically helped parents with Gerry crib questions. They may be able to:

Confirm whether parts were ever available

Point you to instructions

Tell you whether replacement parts exist or not

3️⃣ Double-check safety information

Because this is an older crib, it’s a good idea to make sure your specific model wasn’t affected by any safety notices. Evenflo or the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) can help confirm that.

4️⃣ If original parts aren’t available

If you’re missing basic hardware (like bolts or mattress support screws), sometimes parents are able to find matching hardware by size:

Take one of the existing bolts or brackets to a local hardware store

Have them help match the length, diameter, and threading

Only consider this for simple hardware — not rails or structural pieces

If the missing part is a rail, side, or structural component, many parents decide it’s safer and less stressful to move to a newer crib instead of trying to improvise a fix.

5️⃣ You’re not alone in this

A lot of parents contact me looking for Gerry crib parts, so you’re definitely not the only one dealing with this. Starting with the label information and Evenflo support usually gives you the clearest answer fastest.
