Bright Future Crib Parts

I am looking for Bright Future Crib Parts and/or an assembly manual so that I might find my own replacement parts going by the diagram in the parts list.

I'm trying to put together a Bright Future Crib model 343-0071 that came from JC Penney and it's missing the plastic bracket to hook the left drop side.

for Bright Future baby crib assembly.

Does anyone know a resource for Bright Future Crib Parts or where can I get a crib assembly instruction manual?

From the webmaster:

I was contacted by another mom not long ago who was also trying to order parts for the 343-0071 by using a telephone number that she got off a website but she wasn't having any luck and wanted to know if anyone could point her towards a website where she might find a contact email or another phone number that would work.

The only thing that I might suggest is that you check some of the Bright Future crib recalls
to see they have a phone number or to call JCPenney at 1-800-70nine-5777 and ask for help contacting the manufacturer.

Very helpful

I called 1-800-82seven-2129 number and my call was returned as promised, with very bad news. My crib product#343-8020 PTD, is no longer availible nor are the parts, since they changed sizes on bolts. And the bolts are what I need! Thanks for your help.

Reassembly

I bought a used bright future baby crib that had the assembly instructions and all the parts. The drawings and instructions are not even close to being good. I cannot figure out how parts go or where.

parts discontinued
by: Anonymous

I called in June and the parts for the Bright Futures crib model number 343 8020 PTD have been discontinued.

Customer service still had the information about the crib and they were able to give me the measurements of the bolts needed to put the crib together. I do not know if they had instructions for putting it together or not. I have not been able to find a manual on the web for it.

Bright Future Baby Anniversary Sleigh Crib

Does anyone have instructions for how to put together the Bright Future Baby Anniversary Sleigh Crib from JCPenney??

I have put this baby bed together before (twice!) but I'm having problems figuring it out without the crib instructions manual this third time and need some advice on how to assemble it.

Can anyone help?

I have the number
by: Anonymous

I have a "bright future for baby crib"' and the number on my instructions is 1-800-827-2129. I was calling them to order a replacement part and to make sure that is has not been recalled so I can sell it. I just called in fall of 2010 so it was recently. They're open m-f 8-5 pst.
