1998 (or so) Simmons crib

I am looking for replacement parts for an older Simmons crib, possibly made around 1998.

The crib uses four post brackets that support the mattress spring frame. The plastic pieces on the brackets have broken, so I am trying to identify the correct replacement brackets before making any decision about the crib.

The part numbers may be MHX1363 and MHX1366. I believe I would need two of each.

Because this is an older crib, I understand that it may not meet current crib safety standards. I am looking for identification or documentation help only, not advice on repairing or using a recalled or unsafe crib.
