Where to Find the Model Number on the Jenny Lind EvenFlo Crib

Could someone please tell me where to find the model number on the Jenny Lind Evenflo Crib that my mom bought used for my oldest baby boy? I am now trying to put it back togther for our new baby but I've lost the hardware during a recent move.

The main issue that I have is that I do not know the model of the crib. I'm pretty sure it is a Jenny Lind crib but how can I find this out for sure?

If anyone has any suggestions on where to find the model number on the Jenny Lind Evenflo Crib can you please contact me using the space below (and PLEASE include your contact information in case I need to get in touch with you!).

I read on a recall notice that the model number is located on a label on the bottom beam of the headboard. Your baby bed might be different but you might check there.
