Where Can I Find a Baby Cache Creekside 2.0 Crib Mattress Support Spring?

We are getting ready for our second child and would like to use our Baby Cache Creekside 2.0 Charcoal 4-in-1 Convertible Crib again.

The crib is model number 26400-CHA, but we are missing the metal mattress support spring that fits inside the crib and supports the crib mattress.

I am trying to find a replacement metal insert or mattress support spring that is made to fit this specific Baby Cache crib. Does anyone know where I might be able to find the correct replacement part?

I found the assembly manual for your Baby Cache Creekside crib, Model 26400, and it identifies the part you need as the Mattress Spring, Part E.

Baby Cache's instructions specifically say not to substitute parts and direct owners who need replacement parts or instructions to contact Baby Cache at:

I would contact Baby Cache first and tell them you need the Mattress Spring, Part E, for Model 26400. Be sure to mention that your crib is the Creekside 2.0 Charcoal 4-in-1 Convertible Crib and give them the complete model number, 26400-CHA, so they can determine whether the original replacement support is still available.
