Used Delta Crib Model 4928 Help Request

I bought this used Delta crib model 4928. I knew I was taking a chance buying it secondhand, but it looked like new.

Now I think it may be missing some of the original pieces. I do not have the manual or any paperwork for it, and I am trying to learn more about model 4928 and what originally came with it.

If anyone recognizes this crib or knows where I might find the manual or model information, I would really appreciate the help.
