Stationary rail for Delta Jenny Lind II crib

I have an older crib with a drop-side rail and would like to replace it with the stationary rail (Part #10191) and the matching hardware bag (Part #10185), if those replacement parts are still available.

Does anyone know whether these parts can still be purchased, or where I might find the original manufacturer or an instruction manual with the correct part information? Any information would be appreciated.
