Simmons Crib Replacement Parts

I am having problems ordering the Simmons crib replacement parts that I need. I have tried numerous times to contact Simmons customer service department by phone and get the same message from your voice mail system saying that all representives are busy.




I am looking for replacement parts for my baby crib because I was putting her crib together using the plastic adjustable pieces and four of the pieces snapped off!

As frustrated as I am, I am actually relieved that the pieces broke before I placed my baby in this crib rather than after.

Now, I am very concerned that I have had no response to any of the messages I have left on the company's voicemail and am looking for the next best step to take in getting this problem resolved.

My baby needs a crib and I am starting to think that I should have never bought a Simmons brand bed in the first place.


All I want is to talk to someone at Simmons to address this issue and resolve the problem with replacement parts as soon as possible.

I got a brand new simmons crib as a gift less than a year ago, my son broke one of the brackets when he was shaking the adjustable side protesting nap time. Then when I tried to take it apart to move it the rest of the plastic pieces broke! I have tried to email them as well with no response. Wish there was somewhere I could just order them.

I'm having the same problem as Melissa and Linda.The plastic guide that holds the metal mattress snapped off and I'm having trouble finding replacement parts for Model 1584 97 253.It doesn't appear that this model is on the recall list.

I am experiencing the same problem as the other posters with the cheap plastic bracket.

The bracket snapped off when we tried to place the mattress spring in place.

I don't know where to try next to find a better part that will safely fit and that won't break.

I'm looking for Simmons Drop Side Crib Rods that are needed to for my crib that was purchased for a baby in 1981.

I have all the parts and the assembly instruction manual but I'm missing two of the drop-side rods.

Does anyone know where I find these rods?

It's bad enough that they give us plastic parts that break and then we have to suffer with a bad customer service department on top of everything else...all while you're expecting!

Did you call the Simmons consumer help line at (800) 421-2951 or 800-218-2741? I have seen both numbers listed as possible contact numbers as well as 920-779-4004 that's not toll free.
