I have a Simmons crib model 1201 88 that I believe may have several pieces missing, possibly related to the side support areas, but since I don't have the owner's manual or any documentation on hand, I can't be sure.

I would like to find a diagram or list showing what parts originally came with this crib so I can compare it to what I currently have.

If anyone recognizes this model or knows where I might find the information I’m looking for, I would really appreciate some help.
