I need help finding replacements for the plastic ear brackets used on our Simmons crib, as the originals have been misplaced. These brackets are for a Simmons crib, model 1519 84 23.

The plastic ear brackets have small “ears” or “lips” on the strip and are used to adjust the height of the crib’s mattress support.
