Here's everything that is posted on Simmons' website right now regarding getting help with their cribs.

Instructions for how to order Crib Parts:

First Find your Model Number by looking for the
blue and white warning label on the inside bottom of the head board of the crib.

On the dressers they say the model number is the six digit number stamped on the middle section of the back.

Don't remember the website, but it was the Simmons Website and I found a pdf manual file that helped. I did not need parts. Like I mentioned, one of my older sons assembled it.
