On the dressers they say the model number is the six digit number stamped on the middle section of the back. Rating Simmons crib assembly by: Anonymous Don't remember the website, but it was the Simmons Website and I found a pdf manual file that helped. I did not need parts. Like I mentioned, one of my older sons assembled it.
