If your crib was manufactured after 2017, you can contact the company and order the (hardware only) Pali Novarra Crib Replacement Parts Kit that you need..

They only offer parts for cribs produced in the year, 2017 and after and they are not cheap! The parts kits start at $90 and if you order the wrong parts they will not refund your money no matter what your reason for asking may be.
