Rating I am in the exact same situation by: Anonymous Hi Sasha! I was wondering if you had had any luck finding these bolts. I am also trying to find a copy or download of the owner's assembly manual so I can look at the parts diagram to see exactly what parts are used. I have the same Pali crib as you and any help you can offer or information you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Rating How to Order Pali Crib Replacement Parts by: Anonymous Here's how to order the Pali crib replacement parts that you need. I just had to go through the process myself since I lost all of my Pali crib parts in a move. BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME you should know that you can only get hardware for Pali baby beds manufactured in or after 2015. If your bed was pre-2015, it's probably not worth the time it will take to contact the company. Also, the replacements parts available are hardware only and the packs cost $80.00 including shipping AND you must have a credit card for the charges. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE the model number, the date of production and the color although the color shouldn't be an issue when just ordering hardware. Be SURE that you get all this right because all orders are FINAL and Pali will not give you a refund no matter what! If you dish out $70 for the hardware package you want to be sure you the the parts that you need to fix the crib! For cribs, you will find the necessary information on the inside area where the drawer is located. When you see the Pali sticker you know you're getting close. If you are looking for this information for other Pali furniture look on the back of the piece. HOW TO CONTACT PALI TO ORDER CRIB PARTS The email address for the customer service department is customerservice@pali-design.com. They say that a customer service representative should contact you within 48 hours of receiving your e-mail unless you e-mail on the weekend in which case it could take longer since their offices are closed on the weekend.
