The zebra print crib bumper looks amazing with our baby girl's hot pink crib sheets! The black and white zebra stripes on the baby's bumper pad are repeated via stuffed zebra toys and the fabric that the hearts decorating the crib mobile are made of in the crib.


There are a few pink, plush toys and the hearts on the mobile are edged in pink, faux fur.

These items provide a pretty contrast in texture and color to the solid pink as well as the monochromatic fabric patterns.

We based our decorative decisions in other areas of Evelyn's nursery on the pink and black color scheme.

Baby Girl Nursery Pictures

Everything in the room is decorated in shades of pink and black and white zebra print. The pattern is consistent all the way down to the smallest details like the custom switchplate covers.


Everything looks amazing and her room is so unique and adorable!

As you can see from the photo, the decorations are not just for looks; the baby loves to be in her crib and enjoys looking at the toys.

I've read that babies have the ability to see high contrasts like the black and white of zebra stripes more clearly than anything else at a very young age. Rating Black and White by: Harriet The best thing about decorating with black and white is that it is so easy to give whole room a fresh new look by changing accent colors. I started out with a black, white and pink room and then gave it a makeover to a black, white and yellow room that looks completely different! I LOVE zebra stripes and black and white.
