Can someone please advise how where to buy a metal mattress support for a Dream on Me 5 in 1 Convertible Brody crib?

The part that is missing is part of the frame assembly that supports the springs and the crib mattress.

The Dream on Me Brody Convertible Crib appears to be a current model.

Have you tried contacting the company using the form on their website?

Their form requires that you provide proof of purchase. I am not sure why that should be required but they were sticklers about having it before they would accept my request for assistance much less correspond with me.
