Colorful Bird Nursery Ideas

We found the the Poang Chair for Piper's colorful bird nursery as well as her baby bed on Craig's list. The chair cost $55 and we bought the crib for just $100! The bird baby mobile was a find from Freecycle so it was a freebie and I found Piper's crib quilt at Target for $21.00!


My husband hand painted the wall tree mural and I cut out the multi-colored leaves to add to decorate the branches out of scrapbooking paper.

The changing table and nursery armoire are painted white the same as the crib and I decorated it myself in keeping with the colorful bird nursery ideas similar to the ones that we used to decorate the walls.

I added cute, pink bird decals to the drawers and doors of the baby's armoire that will be easy to remove later on if we want. The framed silhouette of a pink birdy is surrounded by flying birds on the nursery walls.
