I’ve lost the owner’s manual for my Cache baby crib and I’m trying to figure out which parts I need to raise and lower the mattress support.

The crib is model 3500 CCN, and I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction for the missing hardware or support pieces.

For Cache / Baby Cache, try contacting support at 866-595-5175 with your model number 3500 CCN ready. Some older paperwork also lists 1-888-963-8125, so that may be worth trying too. Since these cribs are older, parts can be harder to find, but the manufacturer or distributor is still the best place to start.

If the mattress support hardware is incomplete, it is safest to track down the correct parts made for that exact crib instead of guessing or substituting hardware-store pieces. The support has to fit correctly at every corner to stay stable.
