Frog pond baby boy nursery theme ideas in green with froggy reptile baby bedding

I have some ideas for a baby reptile theme nursery but I can't find a baby bedding set. I will need a complete crib bedding set and a set for my mini crib made from fabrics with various species of reptiles on it.


My husband and I both volunteer with the reptile rescue center in our local area in their spare time and this nursery theme would be perfect since they work with alligators,snakes, lizards; you name it they got it.

They work with creatures that have been taken from people that shouldn't have them without proper papers or those that that had been abused, lost or set free and shouldn not have been.

This devoted couple are getting ready to make me a 1st time grandother and we know that they are expecting a baby boy. We can have lots of fun decorating a nursery in a baby reptile theme nursery and go all out with it if someone can just help me find a baby bedding set that will work!

After we find the baby bedding, we can get to work on this baby boy's nursery decorating ideas.

My brothers and sisters and I spent many afternoons at the pond catching frogs, fireflies, lizards and even the occasional garter snake. I think that I would like to recreate the atmosphere of the "frog pond" in my nursery decorating project and look forward to any suggestions for crib sets that feature critters and bugs.

I looked to see if I could find a suitable baby bedding set and didn't come up with anything but frogs, dragonflies and a golf themed room that feature alligators on the wall which is something you might be able to work with and you might get an idea of how to work around the lack of a crib set with lizards and/or snakes on it and still have the theme that you want.

You might consider shopping for baby bedding fabric that has graphics you like and have your mini-crib set and main baby bedding custom made.

A missing boa constrictor AND an anaconda (HUGE) recently made our local news. It was said that the anaconda had been released into a lake by its owner that was found by a family out for a day of boating and swimming. With these incidents fresh on my mind, I really, really appreciate the mission of the mother and father-to-be.
