Bradie Lynn

My baby girl, Bradie Lynn, is now 22 months old, and happy and healthy. When I was pregnant I was in the hospital the last two months of my pregnancy due to preeclampsia and premature labor, and when they would send me home I was under very strict bed rest orders.

I was having to take medicine around the clock to prevent labor and control my blood pressure, as well as fight the constant battle with kidney stones. I had morning sickness my entire pregnancy, but that didn't stop me from gaining a whopping 60 pounds. The weight gain was mostly due to swelling and fluid retention from the medication I was on.

At 37 weeks, my preeclampsia finally reached the point that it became life threatening and my doctor decided to deliver her. After only 6 hours of labor, our baby was born! She was 6 pounds and 5 ounces and 20 inches in length].

She was absolutely beautiful and she is the love of my life, and despite my rough pregnancy, we plan on having more children in the future! This is a picture of my baby girl Bradie Lynn when she was about 8 months old, showing us some of her signature attitude!
