Where the REAL Wild Things Are Baby Nursery Wall Mural Ideas

Our Where the Wild Things Are baby nursery ideas were inspired by a picture in our favorite children's book of the same title. Referring loosely to the artwork in the storybook, he drew all the characters and trees and even the sailboat that Max rode by hand!


After he was done with his part of the wall mural, I hand painted all of his artwork using acrylic crafts paint.

The picture posted above shows the main corner of the baby's room.

Once we finished decorating the walls to reflect our chosen theme we finished things off with some jungle baby bedding and a ceiling fan with a tropical leaf design.
