Simmons Little Folks Drop Side Crib Replacement Parts

I am in need of Simmons Little Folks drop side crib replacement parts for a Model 1405 89 153. This crib is the original baby crib that all three of our children slept in over 35 years ago.

We have no plans for a baby to use it but we just had our first grandbaby and would like to include photos with him sleeping in the crib on their first visit to our home.

  • Two (2) Stablizing bars

  • Drop side rods
  • A catch lever


Finding the stabilizing bars and drop side rods is the most important issue at this point.

Congratulations on the birth of your grandson!

It is understandable that you would like a photo of your precious boy in the same crib his parent slept in as a child but please be certain that the crib is safe for use beforehand. There are immobilization kits sold and tutorials online that claim to show how to make drop side cribs safe.
