Simmons Juvenile Vancouver 4 in 1 convertible baby crib

I am looking for Simmons Juvenile Vancouver 4 in 1 Convertible Baby Crib hardware replacements for a used Simmons crib that was given to me by my aunt.

She had been using it, after conversion, as a toddler bed until her child outgrew it then she passed it to me for my baby.

The parts that I am missing includes the hardware that attaches the foot board to the side rails of the bed.

I have managed to get the headboard attached to the side rails but none of the parts that came in the bag she sent fits the holes in the foot board.

I am not really sure what to do at this point nor do I know where to go to order the right screws.
