Simmons Crib Canopy Parts

I am trying to find Simmons Crib Canopy parts for a Simmons crib that was bought in the mid 1970's. I need the posts and arched frame that support the canopy.

I had kept all of the parts stored in immaculate condition and my husband disposed of the canopy and posts without checking with me first!

4 crib canopy posts needed

I also have a Simmons canopy crib which was purchased in 1990. I have been saving it for our grandchildren. We went to assemble it today for our first little visitor and we can't find the four posts needed for the canopy support.
Does anybody know if replacements for these posts are available and/or for sale anywhere? Does anyone have some they aren't using that I could buy? Please help!

I have ash wood tone Simmons crib with canopy that was purchased in 1985. I cannot find the four spindles the canopy top goes on. Does anyone have them or know where to find them?

I have the Simmons crib that has a canopy (mine was manufactured in 1990) and am missing one post. The canopy is made of wood and it folds.

So, you might need the wood canopy. I hope this helps.

I have a beautiful simmons baby bed that was bought in 1983 - it has the four posts, but I need the curved plastic canopy kit that fits on top of the posts - any ideas where I can get one ???

Do you have a picture of the crib with the canopy in place, the instructions manual or the model number?

You might be able to take those along with any parts that attach to a machine shop and have some made.

Are you sure that the bed is safe? It's really not advisable to use vintage cribs that lack the safety standards of today.
