Is this a Simmons 201060 Drop Side Crib that you need the parts and manual for?

If so, I believe that it was included in a recall and you probably need to visit

and follow the instructions to see if the Simmons crib that you own was one of those included in the safety recall. All you have to do is submit your model number and see if the company will send you the crib recall replacement parts to fix your crib. Maybe you can check to see if they will mail you the crib instruction manual and the parts that you are missing at the same time. That is assuming they say that the crib is safe to use with new parts, of course.
