I need replacement plastic parts for a Simmons 1403 86 278 crib as soon as possible so that the nursery can be ready and waiting for the baby to arrive.

The plastic pieces that are missing are the ones that adjust the height of the metal mattress frame that holds the springs.

Also, can someone tell me if this crib is part of a recall and whether or not it is safe to use?

I am looking for metal crib rods, spring handles, and all of the screws and bolts for a Simmons crib that has a similar model number to yours. I need parts for a Simmons Crib Model # 1403 89 298 which seems to be similar to the one you have.

Would you consider selling or sharing those parts with me should you decide not to proceed with using your crib since I am having no luck locating the Simmons crib hardware replacement parts anywhere else.
