Looking for a Brown Plastic Sliding Bracket for Bed Side Rails

by Teresa
(Peculiar Mo)

I'm trying to find a replacement brown plastic sliding bracket that connects a bed's side rail to the headboard.

See What's in Inventory Here.

The photo shows the original bracket, which is attached to the wooden frame with a screw. I need a matching piece that will allow the side rail and headboard to slide together properly.

Does anyone recognize this type of bracket or know where I might find a replacement? Any help identifying the hardware or locating a supplier would be greatly appreciated.

Brown Plastic Bed Rail Sliding Bracket
by: Jan

Teresa, the brown plastic piece in your photo appears to be a type of rail connector or sliding mounting bracket. These pieces may also be called bed rail guides, side rail connectors, or slide brackets, depending on the manufacturer.

The most helpful next step would be to identify the manufacturer, model number, and approximate age of the bed or crib. If you can share those details, it will be much easier to identify the original hardware. A photo showing both connecting pieces would also help.

If this bracket belongs to a baby crib, it is especially important to distinguish a fixed side rail connection from an older movable drop-side mechanism. Replacement parts are model-specific, and a similar-looking bracket is not necessarily interchangeable.

If this is an older drop-side crib, it should not be repaired or returned to infant use with replacement brackets. For a fixed-side crib or approved bed conversion, confirm the exact replacement part with the original manufacturer before purchasing.

I hope these references help. If Teresa or another visitor recognizes this particular brown plastic connector, please share the manufacturer or part number in the comments. Your information may help another family searching for the same piece.
