Here's a link to the Simmons crib customer support page on their website where you can order Simmons Crib Parts so maybe you can order an instruction manual from there, too.

They also have a toll free number for their crib replacement parts department (800-218-2741) but if this is an older crib they may not carry the assembly instructions because they don't provide parts for cribs that are older.
